professional staff clean areas missing lifts absent entertainment
The food selection was good and hot. This was a bonus. Reception staff were great and very professional. The outside areas were very clean. They were well looked after. I appreciated the attentiveness of the employees.
The hotel is beside a school and an apartment complex! I watched multiple people struggle getting to rooms without lifts. There wasn't pool music or entertainment for kids!

modern decor fresh dinner
I enjoyed the modern and clean decor in the restaurant. sun loungers were available. This was really convenient. i found the breakfast to be quite varied. dinner tasted fresh.

limited gym equipment repetitive entertainment
I found a couple of issues that need addressing. firstly, the gym equipment was quite limited. I noticed only two treadmills and a single stationary bike. this made getting a full workout challenging, especially during peak hours. secondly, the evening entertainment was sub-par. The quality of the acts wasn't great, and it felt repetitive after a few nights. i really expect more for a hotel of this class.

Excellent Hotel Stay
spacious room comfortable bed convenient supermarket
The room included a separate living area, which gave us plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable and the wardrobe contained enough hangers. The shower was powerful and the towels were large. I also found the safe very easy to use, at a good height. The SuperDino supermarket was conveniently located halfway down the hill.
The hotel is at the top of a very steep hill, though there is a shortcut through the Biosfera shopping centre.

the apartment was lovely. i found a great choice at breakfast. i only had dinner once, but it was okay. it have a lot of breakfast options and very good quality.
the hotel is located beside a school. some staff at check out tried to overcharge.

wonderful hotel experience
excellent staff great selection elevated location
i just returned home, and i am so pleased with my stay. the staff was excellent from the reception desk to the restaurant staff. the breakfast was very good, with a great selection to start my busy days. i also enjoyed the hotel's location, slightly elevated above the surrounding area.
the shower lacked storage in the bathroom, which could be helpful.
